The Travelling Contracts

The description of the houses and apartments is true. Each single structure is finished with noumerous
detailed photos. 

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made over the phone or on-line from
www.bolognacasevacanze.com 

The reservation will be confirmed only after the writer has accepted and after a deposit. (see payment)

ARRIVALS / DEPARTURE
 
The apartments are available from 5:30pm on the day of arrival and must be freed before 10am of the last day.

OBSERVANCES

IThe contract is valid only for the number of people confirmed at the time of the reservation.
Any additions are possible on request and on the base of availability of the structure chosen.
An additional supplement will be changed.

PAYMENT

The extent of the advance will be notified by the owner at the time of booking.
Such account must reach within and not over 3 days, annulment excepted of the booking.


Full payment must be made upon arrival and upon delivery of the key each apartment.

CANCELLATIONS 

The client can withdraw his/her contract without penalties with a written notice at lest 8 days before the stipulation of the contract. Keep in mind that the contract must be made at least 30 days prior to the start of the stay.
There is a 30% penalty (deposit) if the contract is withdraw during the 30 days prior to the stay.
There is a 50% penalty if the withdrawal occurs during the 15 days prior to the stay.
